Build a loan management platform for schools and parents, enabling parents to request tuition loans, administrators to manage repayments directly with schools, and schools to track expenses, students, and classes.

The challenge was to design a 3-role system (Admin, Schools, Parents) with secure KYC approval, loan applications, and multiple CRUD modules for schools — all while keeping the interface simple enough for non-technical users.

We developed Klerva Sitemap in Bubble.io with separate dashboards for Parents, Schools, and Admins. Schools manage teachers, students, classes, fees, attendance, expenses, and communication. Parents can request loans, pay tuition, manage beneficiaries, and receive notifications. Admins oversee KYC, loan approvals, transactions, and global settings. Automated loan workflows and installment management ensure smooth repayment tracking.

Klerva Sitemap streamlined tuition loan processing for schools and parents. Admins reduced loan approval time by 60%, schools gained better financial visibility, and parents now have a transparent way to manage tuition payments with flexible installments.
